Genesis Glass Foundation is federally governed in Canada and a registered not-for-profit. It stewards AgDR as an open standard for AI accountability.
Our mission
AgDR makes AI decisions more accountable and independently reviewable through an open, royalty-free standard for recording their provenance, context, purpose, and human oversight.
The standard
Stewardship of AgDR
The Genesis Glass Foundation stewards AgDR as an open, technology-neutral, royalty-free standard for AI accountability. AgDR is designed to capture a decision at the moment it is made, linking its provenance, place and jurisdiction, purpose, reasoning record, human interventions, and output in a tamper-evident record. The Foundation maintains and shares the standard, reference tools, research, and educational resources so organizations and the public can implement and examine AI decision records. Its aim is to support transparent governance, meaningful human accountability, the protection of human rights, and the integrity of legal systems.
